Customers should email us at: [email protected] to notify us, within 7 days of receiving the garment, if they need to exchange their purchase.

We do not give refunds, as the shirts are made to order, however we do issue credit notes. 

Shirts must be returned to Set Adrift within 14 days of customer receiving the garment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the garment and keeping a record of the 'Returns' tracking information to minimise any confusion.

Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original packaging in order to receive exchange or credit note. Exchanges are subject to fabric availability.

Please note: Set Adrift is not liable for any returns lost in transit.
